Payment Policy

In consideration of your convenience, Eleanor Hair accepts a wide range of payment methods.

PayPal

We usually receive your PayPal payment immediately. PayPal allows you to complete the payment with credit card, with a 5% service fee.

Wire Transfer

If you make the payment with wire transfer, it usually takes about 3-7 business days for us to receive it. Please contact us if you need our bank account information to wire the money.

Western Union

It usually takes less than 2 business days to receive the payment. Please contact us for our Western Union information before making the payment.

MoneyGram

It usually takes less than 2 business days to receive the payment. Please contact us for our MoneyGram information before making the payment.

Shipping Policy

Eleanor Hair is committed to providing fast shipping to our customers worldwide to ensure you receive your merchandise as quickly as possible after placing an order.

If you have any questions about shipping your merchandise, please contact us directly or see the below answers we have put together to commonly asked questions:

1. What shipping methods do you use?

Eleanor Hair uses FedEx to ship your orders. However, in case you prefer other express services such as DHL, UPS, EMS, etc. please contact your sales representatives for an alternative arrangement, which may incur an additional fee.

2. What is the shipping cost?

How your shipping cost is calculated: for an order weight within 0.5kg, the shipping cost is $40. If the total weight of your order exceeds 0.5kg you have to pay an extra $10 shipping fee for each additional 0.5kg.

3. How long does it take to process my order?

Stock hair systems and wigs are available for immediate shipment which will take 1-3 working days before delivery. 

For custom orders, production time takes anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks based on different types of knots or bases. Extra-long hair or full cap wig order will need an additional 2 weeks.

If you ask for add-on services like cutting base, haircutting, styling, etc., the order will take an additional 1-3 working days to be sent out to you.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there might be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

4. What is the estimated delivery time?

Normally, shipping will take about 4-7 working days from the Eleanor Hair warehouse to your doorstep. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delays in the delivery.

5. Can I change my shipping address?

In the event that the package has not yet been shipped, please contact the Eleanor Hair customer service or your sales representatives as soon as possible to change your shipping address.

If the package has already been shipped, we can help you request a reroute if your order is shipped via FedEx or UPS. Once the reroute takes effect, it may incur an additional fee. 

6. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

7. Who pays for taxes and custom duties charged?  

Eleanor Hair is not responsible for any custom charges or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

8. Which laws will be applied when settling disputes or claims?

This Shipping Policy and any claim, controversy or dispute arising under or related to this Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China applicable to Shipping Policies made and to be performed in such state without regard to conflicts of law principles thereof.

Return Policy

Eleanor Hair never stops providing the best products and service for our customers.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, including the order arriving damaged, you ordered the wrong size, etc. you can ask for a return or exchange within 30 days from the purchase date.

Important Note

Please ensure that all merchandise is returned in its original state as you received it, otherwise, it will not qualify for a return or exchange.

Custom orders, duplicate orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns without a pre-authorization will not be accepted.
